This website is operated by Entry No. 01, a sole proprietorship owned by Jack Wride. By visiting our store and purchasing from us you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before placing an order.

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using entryno01.co you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all policies referenced herein including our Return & Exchange Policy, Shipping Policy, and Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms please do not use our site.

Products

All products sold by Entry No. 01 are limited release. We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, or cancel drops at any time. Product colors and details may vary slightly from images shown on the website due to photography and screen differences.

Pre-Orders

Some products are offered as pre-orders. By placing a pre-order you acknowledge that your item will not ship immediately and that fulfillment is subject to our production timeline as outlined in our Shipping Policy. All pre-orders are final and cannot be cancelled once placed.

Pricing

All prices are listed in US dollars. Entry No. 01 reserves the right to change prices at any time without notice. Price changes will not affect orders that have already been placed and confirmed.

Payment

We accept all major payment methods available at checkout including credit cards, debit cards, PayPal, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. All transactions are processed securely. Entry No. 01 does not store your payment information.

Order Confirmation

You will receive an order confirmation email after your purchase. This confirms we have received your order. It does not guarantee availability in the case of a technical error. If there is an issue with your order we will contact you within 24–48 hours.

Shipping

All shipping is handled according to our Shipping Policy. Entry No. 01 is not responsible for delays caused by USPS, customs, or circumstances outside our control.

Returns & Exchanges

All sales are final. Exchanges are accepted only in cases of wrong size or damaged items as outlined in our Return & Exchange Policy.

Intellectual Property

All content on entryno01.co including the logo, brand name, product photos, and graphics are the property of Entry No. 01 and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without written permission.

Limitation of Liability

Entry No. 01 is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or products. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from a purchase shall not exceed the amount you paid for that order.

Privacy

We collect personal information such as your name, email, phone number, and shipping address solely to process and fulfill your order and to send you updates about your order and future drops. We do not sell your information to third parties. By signing up for SMS you consent to receiving text messages from Entry No. 01. Reply STOP at any time to opt out.

Entry No. 01 reserves the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
