All Sales Are Final
Due to the nature of our pre-order model, all sales are final. Each piece is ordered and produced specifically based on customer demand. We do not accept returns or issue refunds once an order has been placed. We appreciate your understanding as a small, independent brand.
Exchanges
We accept exchanges in the following cases only: you received the wrong size from what you ordered, or your item arrived damaged or defective.
To be eligible for an exchange the item must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition, and you must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with a photo of the item and your order number.
How to Request an Exchange
Email us with the subject line "Exchange Request — Order #[your order number] and include your order number, the issue, and a clear photo of the item. We will respond within 2–3 business days.
Shipping
Customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Entry No. 01 will cover shipping on the exchanged item sent back to you. We recommend using a tracked shipping method as we are not responsible for lost return packages.
Pre-Order Cancellations
Once a pre-order has been placed it cannot be cancelled. All pre-orders are final. Please ensure you have selected the correct size before completing your purchase.
