How Our Drops Work

Entry No. 01 releases limited drops. Some drops are pre-orders and some are in-stock items that ship immediately. The product page will always clearly state whether an item is a pre-order or available to ship right away. Please read the product description carefully before purchasing.

Pre-Order Items

For pre-order drops production begins once the minimum order threshold is met. Estimated fulfillment is 3–4 weeks from the start of production. You will receive SMS and email updates at every stage including when production starts, when your order is being prepared, and when it ships.

In-Stock Items

In-stock items are processed and shipped within 3–5 business days of your order being placed.

Shipping Method

All orders are shipped via USPS. You will receive a tracking number via email and SMS once your order has been dispatched.

Domestic Shipping — United States

Standard shipping is available on all US orders. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location.

International Shipping

We ship internationally via USPS International. International shipping rates and delivery times are calculated at checkout. Entry No. 01 is not responsible for customs fees, import duties, or taxes imposed by your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships you will receive a tracking number. You can track your order directly on the USPS website at usps.com.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Entry No. 01 is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after USPS confirms delivery. If your package is lost in transit please contact us at support@entryno01.co and we will open a claim with USPS on your behalf.

Wrong Address

Please double check your shipping address before completing your purchase. Entry No. 01 is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrectly entered address. If you notice an error contact us immediately at support@entryno01.co before your order ships.
